    I live out in the county for the past 4 and a half years. My husband and i like dairy queen and drive the 20 mins into town to get dairy queen. In the past 4 and a half years it has been nothing but on and off good serivce but tonight was my breaking point. I had taken my son in for a treat and chose to go through the drive through. There were about 4 cars in front me, I waited between 20-25 mins. We get to the window and my son says hi to only get a dirty look from the girl with bright green hair. I give her the debit card and then she hands me the tray that is shaky with the blizzards and slushy I order. She give a laugh and says you want napkins? I said yes but never did get them. So i had the tray off to my son and i was going up the lights to go the bay bridge i notice my blizzard was awfully dark for a mint oreo. So i pulled over and notice they got the entire oder wrong excpet for the pruple slushy. I order a medium mint orero blizzard, mini babana split blizzard, medium just banana and stawberry, and a graper artic crush (slushy) what i ended up getting was a mini oreo, medium chocolate cherry blizzard and a starwberry cheese quake....so i went back because this was the last time i was going to take this. I have before just kept going and let it go with the wrong order and crapy serivce. when i went in a customer had said go ahead of me ....that looks like a mess...it was all over the place my brand new truck, and my son. to only wait another 5 mins! i got no sorries or anything...i told the girl what had happend and she looked at me and said okay then took my order and finally got it right. I have been in customer service for a long time since i was 16 years old. and was store manager of Tim hortons. I know that customer is very improtant! This store has the worst customer service in the area. The Trenton was has excellent service to bad it is to faraway because i would go there instead. I am to the point that i was hesitating about wirting anything because i am sure nothing with be done. Now we are left to clean the truck and my kid was left sticky. you think the girl behinde the counter would have offered a wet cloth! nothing. and on another note my husband found something hard and black in his bliazzard....like he says that is it. we do not need to go their if we get treated like this! very unsatisfied customer.
